Strictly Come Dancing 2026 Reveals Week 3 Songs and Dances

Strictly Come Dancing has revealed the full slate of songs and dances for Week 3 of the 2026 competition, with 14 celebrity couples still in the running.

The new routines arrive after Chris Appleton and professional partner Amy Dowden became the first couple eliminated from this year’s series. With the opening exit complete, the remaining contestants now face another live-show test as the leaderboard begins to take shape.

Strictly Week 3 brings new challenges

Bethany Antonia and Nancy Xu will perform an American Smooth to Sara Bareilles’ Love Song, while Dani Dyer and Nikita Kuzmin take on a Tango to Show Me Love by Robin S.

Delta Goodrem and Kai Widdrington will dance a Salsa, Lacey Turner and Vito Coppola have a Samba, and Lawrence Robb and Jowita Przystał will perform a Rumba. Graeme Hall and Lauren Oakley, who have made a strong start to the competition, are set to Jive to Jackie Wilson’s Reet Petite.

Other routines include a Viennese Waltz for Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu, a Charleston for Melanie Walters and Aljaž Škorjanec, and a Paso Doble for Dame Sarah Storey and Julian Caillon.

Pressure rises after the first elimination

Week 3 is an important point in the competition because early novelty begins to give way to clearer expectations from the judges and viewers. Contestants who struggled in the first two weeks will be looking for a breakthrough, while the early frontrunners will try to protect their positions.

The live show airs Saturday, October 10 on BBC One and iPlayer. Another elimination will follow as the 2026 season continues toward the later stages of the competition.
