Jewel is once again using World Mental Health Day to expand access to mental health support.
The singer launched the fifth annual #NotAloneChallenge on October 10, 2026, encouraging people to share the people, activities or objects that have helped support their mental health.
A campaign built around connection
According to PEOPLE, the initiative offers free mental health tools and resources while asking participants to post about something that helps them feel less alone. The campaign is connected to Jewel’s long-running work with the Inspiring Children Foundation.
The project has raised more than $3 million for the foundation over five years, according to the report. Jewel has frequently discussed her own experiences with emotional hardship and has made mental wellness a major part of her philanthropic work.
What’s next for the initiative
The 2026 campaign will also lead into the Not Alone Awards and Summit in Las Vegas in November. The event is designed to continue the conversation around accessible mental health support and recognize people contributing to the field.
For Jewel, the central message remains simple: people struggling emotionally should know that support and practical resources are available, and that they do not have to navigate difficult periods in isolation.
