Wolfgang Van Halen is celebrating three years of marriage to Andraia Allsop with a deeply personal anniversary message. The Mammoth frontman shared photos and a tribute to his wife on October 16, marking another milestone in a relationship that began more than a decade ago.
The couple’s first date took place in October 2015, and they later chose that same time of year for their wedding. They married in 2023 at their Los Angeles home in front of family and friends.
A wedding filled with family meaning
Their ceremony included several emotional references to family. Wolfgang walked down the aisle with his mother, Valerie Bertinelli, to music written by his late father, legendary guitarist Eddie Van Halen. Allsop walked with her father to Dean Martin’s Everybody Loves Somebody.
At the time, the couple described the wedding as an opportunity to gather the people closest to them after difficult years that included the loss of Eddie Van Halen in 2020.
Wolfgang Van Halen’s anniversary message
In his latest tribute, Wolfgang emphasized how central Allsop remains to his life despite the travel and demands that come with touring and recording. Their relationship has spanned his transition from playing with Van Halen to establishing Mammoth as his own creative project.
The musician has often spoken about family as an anchor while navigating both grief and the expectations attached to one of rock’s most famous surnames.
Three years into marriage and more than a decade after their relationship began, the couple’s anniversary is less about a flashy celebrity celebration than continuity. For Wolfgang, home appears to be defined less by a location than by the person sharing the journey with him.
