Khloé Kardashian is not ruling out having another child, but she is making clear that the decision is far more complicated than simply wanting a bigger family.
During the October 15 episode of The Kardashians, Kardashian discussed the possibility of baby No. 3 while reflecting on the family structure she has built for daughter True and son Tatum, whom she shares with former partner Tristan Thompson.
True is enthusiastic about another sibling
Kardashian revealed that True likes the idea of welcoming another baby and has even given a name to a frozen embryo. Her daughter’s enthusiasm has clearly made the possibility more tangible, but Kardashian said she remains uncertain about whether expanding the family is right for her.
One of her biggest concerns is emotional capacity. Raising another child would add new demands, and Kardashian said she wants to be realistic about what she can give each of her children.
Why a future marriage would not automatically change her mind
Kardashian also explained why she would hesitate to have children with a future husband. After difficult relationship experiences, she is wary of creating a household in which some children might feel divided by different parental relationships or where a later breakup could disrupt the stability she has worked to create.
Her comments show a more practical side of a celebrity-family question that can easily become tabloid speculation. Kardashian is not presenting a third baby as an immediate plan. Instead, she appears to be weighing the emotional consequences for everyone involved.
For now, she remains focused on True and Tatum while acknowledging that sibling relationships have enormous value. Whether the family grows again is still undecided — and Kardashian seems determined to make that choice on her own timeline.
