Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and Elton John have worn his designs. Now he’s opened on Magazine Street.

This British-born designer is bringing his trademark sparkly, sequined pieces to New Orleans.

“In New Orleans, anything goes,” said the British-born designer. “I feel like there’s a lot more freedom for people to dress up, it’s almost expected.”
