You may not know, but Sean McVay, the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams, will be on the sidelines for the team as they play in the 2026 NFC Championship Game against the Seattle Seahawks.
While watching the game, you may be wondering about the 40-year-old coach’s gorgeous wife, Veronika Khomyn, 36!

Sean and Veronika have been together for several years! They reportedly met when he was the tight ends coach for the Washington Commanders. This was in the early 2010s.
Veronika and Sean got engaged back in 2019. He apparently proposed with a ring worth $100,000 which you can check out right here.
Veronika is originally from the Ukraine and she studied at George Mason University. She now works as a luxury real estate and relocation specialist in Los Angeles with The Agency.
At the 2022 Critics’ Choice Awards, Sean and Veronika presented on stage together, and acknowledged what is happening in Ukraine.
“Before we announce the nominees, we’d like to take a moment to talk about what’s on all of our minds: Veronika‘s home country, Ukraine,” Sean said at the March 2022 show.
She said, “I proudly stand with my fellow Ukrainians, and I admire their strength. They have faced unimaginable adversity with such profound grace and bravery; their fight and the way they have united the world is truly inspiring. There is no place in our world for this kind of violence, and our prayers go out to all the lives that have been lost.”
They wed a few months later in June 4, 2022.
They now have two sons: Jordan John McVay, who was born in October of 2023, and Christian Alexander McVay, who was born in December 2025.
